Arrested if you don't have a Toilet - Uganda!

A great article all about how men in Uganda are being arrested if they don't build themselves a toilet. In an attempt to improve the health of the nation and stop them going for a number two in the bushes the government is cracking down on those who don't dig a latrine pit!
